Continuing my coverage of the A/W 2021 (digital) Curve Expo, today I’m sharing with you UK brand Gossard. I haven’t bought anything from Gossard in quite a few years, but one of my ride-or-die bras is a Gossard that I bought at least six years ago and is still going strong (see it HERE), so I’m always excited to see what they’re releasing.
This season is especially nice, with lots of pretty and fun options! Plus, almost every bra Gossard makes goes up to UK G (and bands 30-38). And with prices starting at suggested retail of $53 per bra, they won’t break the bank. There are lots of new styles and colors coming out this fall, so here are just a few of my favorites:
The Gossard “Glossies” bra is essentially their bread and butter. This is the sheer underwire bra, which goes all the way from A to G cups. At DD and up, there’s an interior side sling for additional support. New fashion colors include this raspberry sorbet (coming in September) and sage green (June).The “Glossies” bra also come in a padded high apex version. The half-moon pad gives a little more nipple coverage and modesty.The Glossies Lace fashion colors include Heron, a pale lavender seen here (June), and Bordeaux (October).The Superboost Lace collection is the best-selling silhouette in the US. This is the deep V underwire bralette that goes from D to G cups. Ballet pink with silver trim comes out in June.The Superboost Lace is also coming out in this oh-so-cheery “Vivacious,” a bright magenta pink. This is the padded underwire plunge (28-38, A-G), and it also comes in a non-padded version (30-38, B-G). “Vivacious” will be available in September.One thing Gossard has plenty of this season is cup-sized longlines and bralettes. This blue beauty is the “Encore” underwire longline (30-38, A-G), which is also offered in a padded underwire high apex bra (30-38, A-G). Coming in August.Here’s another cool underwired longline, the Shadow Mesh (30-38, A-G). This one drops in September.Next is a non-wired longline bralette, the Swirl in dark teal (30-38, B-G). It’s also offered in an underwire padded plunge (30-38, A-G) and a non-padded underwire balconette (30-38, B-G). Available in October.Lastly, we come to my favorite of the season, the Glitter collection! This stunning set features black lace speckled with iridescent silver foil drops (so they won’t shed like actual glitter!). This deep V underwire front-closing bralette, plus its sister padded plunge and padded body, all go up to G cups.
