Here’s the progress I’m making on my sweater! This is the back, going from the bottom up.
For background on my struggles to get this far, you can check out my Ravelry project page. I’m trying to document everything so that other adventurous big-busted women who can’t find a sweater in the right color, style and fit, might be encouraged to try knitting their own.
If you’re not into something this complicated, I have another great way that you can add something new to you to your wardrobe:Â come to the 2nd Annual Big Bust Clothing Swap in less than two weeks!
This is soooo pretty! I love the color and your stitches are gorgeous!
Thanks for the encouragement, Leila!
wish I could go to the swap!
So do I!
Lovely! Unfortunatelly, our knitting group
here is taking an indefinite hiatus.
Oh, and took your advice and went to Magic Corsets today. Fantastic. Excellent service and I walked away with a new sports bra and a Curvy Kate Portia.
Di, I was thinking about your knitting group and wanting to contact you again. While yours is on hiatus, maybe you want to come to the Stitchin’ Queens group that meets every other Wednesday at the Panera in Astoria?
I’m so glad you liked Magic Corsets. By the way, they’ve just agreed to provide coupons to the first 15 registrants to the swap, so I hope you’re coming!
