I was interviewed for a piece on how lawyers are coping with the recession that you can find here. So exciting! Ailsa Chang, the reporter, is amazing. She was actually an attorney at a law firm for 5 years before becoming a journalist. I had so many questions to ask her, but she had to interview me. (Nothing after the jump.)
So excited about your new project!
I'll bookmark this page and look forward to your launch.
I heard the WNYC! I'm sooo excited your doing this and can't wait. I need what you're designing, like NOW.
When and where will your shirts be available???
I just heard about your business idea on WNYC. It's brilliant! You're right, lawyers are risk adverse. I fully support your new most noble venture.
If I may make a suggestion (and my wife could use your products), if you open a shop please put out a chair for dudes to sit in. When I'm in women's clothing shops, I become inexplicably exhausted–I think of it as the Church Effect. I like a comfortable chair in these places.
I heard the piece on WNYC and would LOVE to get my hands on your clothes!!! I can't wait to find out more about them!!!
Congratulations, Darlene.
Thank you for launching this line of clothes! As a guy who appreciates chesty women I can say that this is relief to me as I can't remember ever having a good shopping experience with my SO's because they can never find shirts that fit and the ones they do are for people twice their size!
My shirts will be ready online in September, but your comments make me want to hurry to get them out sooner!
just read the story darlene, you're such an inspiration for your fellow designer entrepreneurs! 🙂
I heard the story on WNYC and was totally inspired! I have often thought of starting a similar clothing line after many a frustrated shopping trip. Like the other commenters, I'm in desparate need of your clothes as well so I look forward to seeing them soon! Thanks for inspiring us all!
