Hooray for today! Perhaps you have had to adjust your expectations, as I have, but hopefully you are now basking in the joy of Christmas, as I now am. Mr. Campbell has been sick with the flu since Sunday, so we didn’t make it to a candlelight service last night, and his voice was too hoarse to sing carols with me this morning. But we did read the Christmas story together, pray and open gifts. And I made him laugh with my Merry Christmas outfit.
Shopping for him was lots of fun this year because it involved trying on all sorts of cute things in the Macy’s lingerie department. Someday I’ll go back to evaluate their bra-fitting services, but right now I’ll give you an overview of their sexy lingerie. Bad news first: no Jezebel corsets for D cups or higher. Here’s the Macy’s good news: you can find all the cute bottoms you could want at reasonable prices. Some of them you’ll be able to find matching bras that fit, but the others you can just pair with a pretty bra you’ve bought elsewhere. For those of you being cost-conscious this year, remember that a red garter belt can work for Christmas and Valentine’s Day! Speaking of Valentine’s Day, I’ll see what other resources I can find for you in time for that holiday.
