Carissa only used a few of the looks I came up with for my guest post on her blog on Tuesday, so, craving feedback from you, I’ve posted six looks after the jump (in addition to the two looks I posted in my review last week). I’m especially curious whether you think the belted jacket works in the final photo.
I’d wear this to work in an office or to
networking events. With black pumps.

I’d wear this to an evening barbecue
with sandals.

This is an easy, conservative work look that I really like for some reason. With black pumps again. Any other suggestions? |
This is a run-around-the-city-to- meet-with-vendors look. The boots make me happy. |
Yes? No? I loved this outfit when I took the picture, but now I’m not sure. With two-inch brown loafers. |
I was super proud of myself for coming up with this one. Can I get away with it, or do the buttons look strange? (Again with 2-inch brown loafers.) |
I'm not a huge fan of brown with the grey. I *love* the first and third looks (with a black blazer), and I also really like the "run around town" look – with the long cardigan. I'm also not 100% sure about the purple wrap, but I could be sold on it, for the right situation.
What a great dress… you're making me want it. 🙂
Thanks for the feedback, Becky! I thought the grey looked more taupe-like in person and could therefore work w/ the brown, but I'll have to ask someone else around me if they agree.
I just read your blogpost on Carissa Rose and I LOVE the dress with the red cardigan! 🙂
I like one, three and the boots, too.
The purple was my least favorite. I think the brown and gray is kind of daring as a color combination. I like that.(:
You look fabulous! I am not loving the brown belt, though — it's a sleek dress and the belt says rustic to me.
Wow. Thanks, ladies. I might return that brown belt now . . . after I play around with it to see if it works with anything else in my wardrobe. Cherie, I love the red cardigan, too!
That's it. I'm ordering one. Is that the onyx?
It's the graphite. 🙂
Oh, hey, this is interesting to see! I just won a free Katerina from CR (which says something about how AWESOME that company is), and can’t wait to try it on when I get home today! This gives me some nifty ideas for how to wear it. Thanks!
I saw your post about this on Thirty Two D today–love that you got so many compliments. I discovered even more ways to accessorize mine this past weekend.
