If I were very organized, I would have a supply of posts saved up for weeks when the unexpected occurs, but I wasn’t quite prepared for this week’s surprise.  On Friday, my father was admitted to the ER. On Saturday, he was admitted to the ICU. On Sunday, I flew down to Florida, and now my entire family is with him as he prepares to enter hospice. It is a bittersweet time because, although my father is ready to be with his Creator, he is such a great man, and we don’t want to let him go. I know you’ll understand if things are a little quiet here for a while.
My blessings to your father, your family, and you. I hope for lots of strength and love to you and your family during this time.
Your family is in my prayers. No one will complain for a bit of silence in regards to family matters.
Sending thoughts and love to you and your family xx
Oh, Darlene. We will all patiently wait for your return. Praying for you and your family.
I’m so sorry to hear this. Hang in there. We’re all thinking of you, your father, and your family.
Thoughts and prayers to you and your family
Thinking of you and your family Darlene.
