Last March I introduced you to Two Figs, the sleepwear company with the tagline, “We support sleeping beauty.” That’s really only half the story. Two Figs chemises, gowns and camis support D-G cup women as they sleep and as they lounge around the house.
There’s no boob spillage whether standing, sitting or lying down. I know because I’ve worn the Two Figs triangle chemise that you see in the photo (unfortunately, that’s not me in the photo).  When I woke up after a full night’s sleep, everything was contained the way it’s supposed to be even though I was lying on my side.  Imagine sleepwear that looks pretty and can be worn to bed without everything shifting during the night.
Now imagine owning a Two Figs chemise, gown or cami set of your choice. In celebration of Hourglassy’s re-design, you may be able to! Here are two ways to win:
- I need a tagline for Hourglassy that’s as clever as the one for Two Figs. If you have a great idea, enter it in the comments to this post or to the other Two Figs posts that I will publish over the next two weeks. You may submit as many entries as you have great ideas.
- But what if you’re drawing a blank on ideas, or I don’t like any of the submissions? Then there’s a second way to win. Tell us (a) your favorite everyday bra brand and style, plus your size in it; and (b) the Two Figs style and color that you would like to own. You may only submit one such entry. If no one wins through option 1 above, we’ll have a drawing for option 2. (If you have several tagline ideas but want to cover your bases, you may submit multiple tagline entries and ONE bra size/style entry.)
The deadline for submissions for both entry types is midnight (PDT) August 23. The winner will be announced on August 24 and notified by email.
While I think of a tagline, I’ll share my favorite bra.
Right now, my favorite is is the Panache Tango Plunge. I’m wearing a 28G in the style. I really like the plunge style for my close-set breasts and I love the way Panache shapes my figure. It’s always a perfect fit!
Working on some good taglines.
My favorite bra is one of my basics. The Fantasie 4510 t-shirt bra. I have it in black, 34G. It’s lasted me a few years now and I wear it often. It’s super comfy, supportive, and gives me the best lift and shape.
I love the Two Figs camis. Can’t decide between the simple shelf cami or empire cami. In Indigo. With the pants (that look uber comfy). There’s something about a comfy pair of pajama pants that can make a bad day instantly better.
Hi Darlene!
My fave Bra is the Freya Deco Plunge in 32G. I won’t leave home without it!
If I win the “giveaway”- I would LOVE to have the Two Figs Halter Chemise in Black…. How do they Size? I’m a 32G and usually wear a Size Medium in stretch-knit tops.
I can’t wait to hear about your afternoon with Margaret!
🙂

@MoiraNelson
I love taglines! This will be fun.
In the meantime, my current bra nirvana discovery is Elle Macpherson Intimates D-G style bras (although they go to an H cup, so the name is sort of a lie if you go by American sizing). I bought one the other day and immediately bought two others when I got it in the mail. They’re nice and girly while having a support system that feels like it’s made of steel. I’m a 34H, and they’re great. I don’t see people talk about that line as much as things like Freya, Panache, etc.
I love the Two Figs Empire gown in Indigo. I’m addicted to various shades of blue, and since I work from home I basically work in lingerie/loungewear. It’d be comfortable for sleep and for work!
My tagline idea:
“Hourglassy: Time for curves”
Thought behind it…
Hourglasses deal with time (and describe our shape) and the hourglassy site celebrates our curves. 🙂
I don’t like my first one anymore, here is my new and final one:
“Hourglassy: A passion for curvy fashion”
Ha ha! It doesn’t even have to be your final one, Amanda, but I do like this one better.
Ohoh!
Hourglassy: Mind the Gap
Okay, I’ve been watching a bit too much of British comedies lately…
Ooh, taglines
Hourglassy: Because curves are classy.
Okay, tagline one!
Hourglassy: Because curves are timeless.
Tagline Two:
Hourglassy: Where Jessica Rabbit meets everyday style.
Great taglines, ladies.
Congratulations on such wonderful giveaway.
Hourglassy: Set to Curve.
I really like the Empire Camisole (in indigo) with the shorts; comfy and pretty all at once.
Everyday? Prima Donna Perle, 34 F.
Hourglassy: Above average style for above average curves
Hourglassy: Extraordinary style for extraordinary curves
Hourglassy: for your best dressed breasts
(this one makes me giggle)
I want to try, too. 😀
My ideas for taglines are:
– “Hourglassy – Fashion for curves without unsettling your nerves” xP
– “Hourglassy – Honouring the curves”
– “Hourglassy – Topsy-curvy fashion”
And I have a play on one of Mia’s ideas: “Hourglassy – Xtraordinarily Curvy”, while the X of extraordinary should look like an hourglass. 🙂
My most favorite everyday bra is the Masquerade English Rose in 28F. I alternate between the sizes 28F and 30E and I love Panache’s “young” daughters Cleo and Masquerade, at least their old lines, which were great.
And I really love the Empire Camisole with Shorts of Two Figs in Black. It looks like what I always wanted to have but never really seemed to fit very well. 🙂
Hourglassy: where curves are classy
(I can think of some variations on this one: Curvy. Classy. Hourglassy. or Houglassy: Curvy. Classy.)
I have been wearing the Chantelle Vintage 32F but have discovered the Panache Superbra 32FF. I really like the Empire Chemose in Indigo
(That would be chemise!) I hope you go by the real time not the time posted on the entry–it was a lttle before 10pm–not after midnight–I want my entry to count! thanks
I saw it when it arrived, Donna. Thanks! And have you tried the Chantelle Cachemire yet? I think it’s the one that’s supposed to replace the Vintage.
not yet-I found the Vintage didnt last as long as other bras I have had in the past. I was searching for a smooth T shirt bra-had a very hard time-gave the ladies in Nordstroms a challenge. Dont have much of a budget left-These girls cost a lot to support!
Hourglassy: Rock your curves
Hourglassy: Because all breasts are fit for pearls (taken from an Emily Dickinson quote)
Hourglassy: Put your best breast forward (or best bust forward)
Hourglassy: Time for clothes that fit
My favorite everyday bra is the Curvy Kate Criss Cross in teal (28H) because it’s bright and colorful and the fit is amazing.
I really like the Shelf Chemise in black.
Sassy, classy and Hourglassy.
An on-line recourse that helps you celebrate your curves.
