Every winter I notice women wearing loose and baggy sweaters and always think that looks so cozy but it’s not a great silhouette for a full busted woman. I was searching cropped sweatshirts when the Cozy Long-Sleeve Smocked-Waist Top from Abercrombie & Fitch popped up in my images. I am a big believer that smocking is great for a full bust.
This top fulfills all my cozy winter fantasies with the smocked waist adding definition to make the top full bust friendly. The fabric is soft and has drape. I’m working remotely but I would feel comfortable wearing this tee to a business casual office.
I’m working on wearing more colors and I am loving the teal shade. It also comes in Black, White and Camel in sizes XXS-XL. I’m wearing a size XL (my measurements are 51-40-47 and I’m 5’7).
I paid $21.50 for this top and it seems to always be on sale. Please note this is not a high-quality item it is definitely fast-fashion. I’m wearing it for the second time and it already has fuzzing on the fabric. I haven’t shopped at Abercrombie & Fitch in years and the prices being the same as they were in 2001 should have been a clue that the quality has also changed. This top is budget friendly and I expect it will last through the winter.
If you miss shopping in the mall then the Abercrombie scent infused in the top when you open the shipment will give you a moment of happiness. Have any of you found a cozy top for winter?
