After the jump, see pictures of me wearing the Justina shirt on Wednesday night. I’ll give a more thorough review after I receive, alter and wear the blue version that Carissa is sending me.
Did I just say “alter”? Yes, and it’s something even Carissa expects that her shirts will sometimes require. (See her blog about this here.) There are too many variations in body type for Ready to Wear to be ready for each person.
Here’s the front. Princess seams are not my favorite because my apex falls below the apex of the shirt, as it does here, but I think the Elomi that I wrote about this morning would solve that. Once I receive the shirt, I’ll have it taken in in the sides and have the sleeves shortened.
I’ll also see what my seamstress can do to make a more fitted profile.
