Sometimes I fantasize about designing fun blouses that highlight our breasts instead of merely encasing them in a flattering way. So you can imagine why this dress from designer Prabal Gurung’s Fall 2010 collection caught my eye in the Wall Street Journal this weekend.

Instead of camouflaging the wearer’s breasts, Gurung spotlights them by expanding the white front and narrowing the black sides. This model can only be a B cup at the most (see the side view after the jump) but she looks enormous in this dress. Maybe the reviewers are small-breasted as well, because they loved it*. What do you think–would this dress make us look even larger? Or does it simply make a B cup look like a D cup?

*From the AP fashion writer: “The star pieces for Gurung were a black-and-white, motocross-style dress with crystals, pearls and pailettes that was certainly red-carpet worthy, and a delicate strapless dress in camel and white tulle with laser-cut gazar, organza petals, ostrich feathers and crystals.”

Below is a photo of the latter “star piece”. It can be found at this site.
