Since time management is one of my biggest interests, it wasn’t hard for Vera Babayeva to persuade me to attend a networking event on the topic yesterday, given through her company, Women Can Have It All. Even if you’re not a mother (I’m not), Women Can Have It All is a great resource.
The best part of the event was meeting two more women who need my shirts. One woman is a 12/14 but often has to settle for a 16 to fit her bust. She hasn’t been shopping in ages because it’s so discouraging. The other woman had breast reduction surgery and is now a DD, only to find fit issues continue for her. I can’t wait to fit test my samples on them and get their feedback.
Today I’m off to meet another design entrepreneur for breakfast before heading with her to Texworld, a big fabric trade show. I’m already late!
