How would you like to shop in the dress department of Giselle’s closet?  Since I didn’t take any pictures of her actually wearing the tailored knit dresses after the jump, please take my word for it that they look amazing on our body type.

She found this Marc Jacobs dress on sale at Bloomingdale’s.  It has a lacy top, ribbed waist and a pretty ruffle detail at the bottom.  Giselle wears a cami under it.  When I saw her wearing it at a networking lunch recently, there was absolutely no gap going on at the buttons.

This is a 100% wool dress from a Tory Burch spring collection, but Giselle wears it in the winter with a black turtleneck.  I love the scoop neck, flattering lines and little pocket details at the waist.

Don’t you love fitted backs?

Ooooh.  Aaaaah.  Giselle found this Milly dress at Bergdorf, and she says that it looks “shapely” on.  It’s 98% wool jersey (2% nylon) with silk details and a polyester lining.  Once again, a great neckline.
Take a closer look at these figure-flattering vertical seams.
Finally, this Sweet Pea dress is another Bloomingdale’s find for $118.  Giselle wears a camisole underneath and the loopy necklace that you see below on top of it.  I have a theory that these tunic necklines are also good on us.  Have you found this to be true?

Tomorrow we finish up with Giselle the BAG Lady.
