I have lots of thoughts and observations to share with you, but right now I’m gearing up for my unemployment insurance hearing tomorrow. This will be my second time to represent myself. The first time was in traffic court last September, and the judge cut my fine for not wearing a seatbelt in the front passenger seat from $100 to $50 (I’d only just taken it off to look for my wallet in the back seat, so you can imagine my indignation). The stakes are a lot higher tomorrow, so I’d appreciate your thoughts and prayers.
Evidently forming Red Violet LLC in July of 2008, while great for moving ahead with the business, was a bad idea for receiving the unemployment benefits I didn’t know I’d be applying for in January!
